Managing devices
Your license is tied to a seat count, not a specific machine. Move between your laptop, desktop, and workstation as needed — you just can’t exceed the seat count at once.

Deactivate from Sendpad
Section titled “Deactivate from Sendpad”On the machine you want to release:
- Open Settings → License.
- Click Deactivate device.
- Confirm. The seat is freed immediately; the machine reverts to Free tier.
Deactivate from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
Section titled “Deactivate from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal”If the machine is unavailable (lost laptop, reimaged system):
- Open your Lemon Squeezy order email → Manage order link.
- Go to the Licenses tab.
- Find the device entry, click Deactivate.
The seat is freed the next time any machine re-validates (within 24 h — usually seconds if online).
Activate on a new machine
Section titled “Activate on a new machine”With a free seat available, just follow Activation on the new machine.
Checking active devices
Section titled “Checking active devices”The Lemon Squeezy customer portal lists every active device with:
- Device name (the one you set at activation)
- Activated date
- Last validation
Upgrading device count
Section titled “Upgrading device count”Need more than your current plan allows? Buy the higher tier — we’ll refund the lower one on request. Email support@sendpad.app.
