Is there a refund?

How do licenses work offline?
Section titled “How do licenses work offline?”Sendpad validates your license at most once per 24 hours. It works fully offline for 30 days between validations. Planes, trains, air-gapped environments — all fine. See Offline grace.
Do I need an account?
Section titled “Do I need an account?”No. Paste your license key in Settings → License. No signup, no password, no cloud. See Activation.
Can I transfer my license to a new machine?
Section titled “Can I transfer my license to a new machine?”Yes. Open your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your order email) → Licenses → Deactivate the old device → activate the new one. See Managing devices.
What’s included in updates?
Section titled “What’s included in updates?”All updates, forever. Your one-time purchase includes lifetime updates — no renewals, no subscription.
Do you have team / enterprise pricing?
Section titled “Do you have team / enterprise pricing?”Not in Year 1. Sendpad is git-native — your team can share .http / .flow files through git already, so each developer buys their own license. If you need a volume purchase, email support@sendpad.app.
Why Lemon Squeezy for payment?
Section titled “Why Lemon Squeezy for payment?”Lemon Squeezy is a Merchant of Record, which means they handle VAT / GST / sales-tax compliance globally. We’re a small team; outsourcing tax compliance means we can focus on shipping.
Can I move to another computer without internet?
Section titled “Can I move to another computer without internet?”The initial activation on a new machine requires internet once, to register the device. After that, offline grace covers every subsequent validation for up to 30 days.
What data does Sendpad send home?
Section titled “What data does Sendpad send home?”Only your license key and device ID on validation. No request content, no file paths, no response bodies — nothing about your actual work ever leaves your machine.
