Terms of Service
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Sendpad ("the App") or visiting sendpad.app ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
License
Free tier
Sendpad grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the free version of the App on an unlimited number of devices for personal or commercial use.
Pro license
A Sendpad Pro license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pro features on up to the number of devices specified at purchase. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer your license to another person.
Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense copies of the App.
- You may not use the App to build a competing product that repackages its core functionality.
Pro license — payment
Pro licenses are sold as a one-time purchase. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the App does not work as described on your supported platform. Contact hello@sendpad.app to request a refund.
Updates
Sendpad may release updates to the App from time to time. Sendpad reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features in any update.
Intellectual property
The App, its source code, design, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Sendpad and are protected by copyright law. Your files (.http, .flow, .mock, .env, etc.) remain entirely yours — Sendpad claims no rights over content you create with the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sendpad does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Site, even if Sendpad has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sendpad's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to send requests to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sendpad operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page.
