Privacy Policy

Overview

Sendpad is a desktop application. Your API files, environments, and secrets never leave your machine — they are stored locally and are never transmitted to Sendpad servers. This policy describes the limited data we do collect and how we handle it.

Data we collect

License activation

When you purchase or activate a Pro license, we receive your email address and a device identifier so we can enforce the device limit. This data is handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and stored only as long as your license is active.

Website analytics

The sendpad.app marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It collects aggregate, privacy-preserving statistics (page views, referrers, country-level location) with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. Individual users are never identified.

Crash reports

The desktop app does not automatically send crash reports. If a bug occurs, you may choose to share diagnostic information with us via email — this is always opt-in.

Data we do not collect

• The contents of your .http, .flow, .mock, or .env files
• Request payloads, headers, or responses
• Sensitive variables in your .env.local files (these live on your machine, gitignored automatically, never transmitted)
• Usage metrics or feature telemetry from the desktop app
• Any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above

Cookies

The sendpad.app website does not use cookies. The desktop application does not use cookies.

Third-party services

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license management. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — CDN, asset delivery, and privacy-preserving analytics for the marketing site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

License and purchase records are retained as long as required to provide your license and by applicable tax law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@sendpad.app.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sendpad.app.

Children

Sendpad is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
